What is a typical treatment session?

You can add a 25 minute LED treatment to any of our HIFEM+RF treatments. It does not increase the length of your appointment as we perform both treatments simultaneously. The treatment can feel warm due to the stimulation of blood circulation. Our lamp is a heatless model and does not produce any harmful UV radiation. It has been clinically proven to be safe for all skin types, including darker complexions. We do ask that you arrive with clean skin (no-makeup)

How many sessions will I need?

Our technician will discuss your specific goals with you. The effects of LED PDT treatments are cumulative, meaning they will continue to improve long after the treatment has ended. We recommend a minimum of 4 sessions at weekly intervals and then maintenance sessions as required for most people this is a 4 week course once every 6 to 12 months. For individuals with darker complexions, longer exposure times or more treatments may be required *Each individual's skin and goals will be different which will affect the number and frequency of treatments required.

How soon can I expect to see a change?

The results are noticeable immediately for the majority of individuals. Most of our clients have found that their skin looks moisturised and plump after the first treatment and redness and blemishes start to reduce immediately.

Is there any downtime or pre/post treatment preparation?

For the best results skin should be clean and free of makeup prior to your treatment. It is vital that you fill out your health declaration form accurately as there are some medications and conditions which would make this treatment unsuitable.

Post treatment we recommend that you apply suncream and drink ample water to aid in your body’s natural detoxification process.
